To Wish in 2010

If you could make any future year better with a resolution you make in the present, would you do it? Freshman Tasha Townsel made one resolution without a moment’s hesitation. This was “to bring world peace;” “to put an end to all wars and reunite the world”. Tasha will make this happen by “first changing myself and then what I can control for the better”.

Tasha will first change herself for the better by “having more tolerance and a higher level of patience”. If she can influence anyone to make this dramatic change, she will persuade “activists, veterans, and anyone who would like to see a better world for the upcoming generations”.

When asked if no one else but her would like to see the world change, she responded saying “Who wouldn’t like to see the wars and gang violence finally come to an end”?

Twenty ten may bring much happiness and darkness to FDHS, but Tasha believes “you may not like where you are now, but everyone has to agree that it was better than where we were before we got here”.
