Jamie-Grae Taylor

I’m Jamie Grae Taylor, I’m a Junior at Fort Dorchester. I live a very beautiful blessed life, very laid back and happy. I love writing about life, real and make believe, but i love being an editor. I surround myself with good things and good people which is key to being happy in my eyes. I want to find myself after college, traveling and being free, figuring out what i want to do and who i want to become is what i dream of. I want to do some many things and be good at all of them, i have lots of patience and heart. I will fight for what i want and I always try to do my best at everything. I have made many mistakes and will keep making them, that is the joy of life to me, is making mistakes and being able to make them again and again, and learning from every one of them!

The Autobiography of Aaliyah Jenkins

My name is Aaliyah Jenkins. I am a sophomore at Fort Dorchester High School. I have many interesets. I am interested in playing sports that include basketball and track. Some of my favorite hobbies are cooking, listening to music, and traveling. I have a pretty simple lifestlye. I live with my mom and two sisters, one in 8th grade and one in 11th. I have many future goals in life. As a child I wanted to pursue a modeling career, but by middle school I had changed that goal to become a famous chef. To this day, I want to grow up and become a journalist for a well-known magazine company. I am planning on going to a 4-year college to pursue all my goals in life.

Austin Jones

My name is Austin Jones and I am a Sophomore at Fort Dorchester. I play JV Baseball and one day plan on playing in the Major Leagues. I would like to go to college and major in English to become a Sports Broadcaster.

Shannon Miles

Hello, my name is Shannon Miles. I am a sophomore here at Fort Dorchester. I live a very simple life, which is shown by my writing style. I want to travel the path in the Magazine field, becoming an Editor. One day I want to look back on this class and realize it has helped me tremendously.  At the end of this year, if my family decides to move to Virginia then I will attend a college there. But if not, I want to go to University of South Carolina. My life consists of family and friends. And my favorite quote is life is all about learning.

Tyler Jones

My name’s Tyler, and I’m a sophomore at the Fort. I play JV baseball and would like to one day play professional baseball. I plan on majoring in English for Sports Broadcasting/Journalism. I love my family and friends, and live a very energetic life.

Ty Muir

I am a Senior here at the Fort and this is my second year being on the Newspaper Staff. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and I do like taking advantage of it when I don’t have writer’s block. I am very opinionated, and if you ask, you’ll get the truth. I don’t mind meeting new people, but don’t catch the attitude. I’m very determined to make this the best year for me, and nothing is going to stop that.

Evan Tilson-Stroud

My name’s Evan, I’m a Junior at the Fort. I want to be a journalist when I grow up (if I ever do grow up). I skateboard and play the drums in a band called Cold Riot. We have a Myspace page you should definitely check out. I love surfing. I’m from Burbank, CA and I really want to move back out there when I graduate high school, and there I want to attend whatever college my low GPA will get me into. I lead a very eventful life, especially on the weekends.
